Refund policy

We want you to love your Hair Co. products! 💛 If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Conditions:
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or as store credit.
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

We currently do not accept returns for used/opened products due to hygiene reasons.
